TrendHR is partnering with an ENR Top 25 General Contractor known for delivering complex industrial, mission-critical, and large commercial projects across the U.S.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who enjoys owning projects from preconstruction through closeout and leading high-performing teams. This is a true leadership role, not just an administrative PM position. You will influence strategy, mentor talent, and directly impact project success, safety performance, and client relationships.

You will lead the full life cycle of complex construction projects, including:
Project Leadership & Planning
Develop project execution plans, staffing strategy, logistics, and schedule
Coordinate closely with Superintendents and Preconstruction teams
Act as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers
Lead project startup, permitting, and mobilization
Financial & Contract Management
Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
Administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
Oversee billing, collections, and project financial reporting
Track projections, labor forecasts, and job cost performance
Execution & Quality
Drive schedule performance and material procurement
Lead quality control processes and compliance standards
Coordinate inspections and regulatory requirements
Partner with field teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
Communication & Documentation
Lead OAC meetings and provide project status updates
Manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation in Prolog/E1 systems
Maintain clear communication across project stakeholders
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor Project Engineers, APMs, and junior staff
Support Superintendent leadership and field coordination
Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and safety
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of construction project management experience
Experience managing multiple scopes: structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural
Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, and subcontract administration
Prolog or similar construction management software experience
Ability to lead teams and build relationships with owners and design partners
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nationally respected ENR Top 25 General Contractor
