We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who enjoys owning projects from preconstruction through closeout and leading high-performing teams. This is a true leadership role, not just an administrative PM position. You will influence strategy, mentor talent, and directly impact project success, safety performance, and client relationships.

If you like running meaningful projects, working with strong field leadership, and having the resources of a national builder behind you, this is worth a conversation.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents and Preconstruction teams

  • Act as the primary contact for owners, architects, and engineers

  • Lead project startup, permitting, and mobilization

Financial & Contract Management

  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls

  • Administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders

  • Oversee billing, collections, and project financial reporting

  • Track projections, labor forecasts, and job cost performance

Execution & Quality

  • Drive schedule performance and material procurement

  • Lead quality control processes and compliance standards

  • Coordinate inspections and regulatory requirements

  • Partner with field teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum

Communication & Documentation

  • Lead OAC meetings and provide project status updates

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and documentation in Prolog/E1 systems

  • Maintain clear communication across project stakeholders

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor Project Engineers, APMs, and junior staff

  • Support Superintendent leadership and field coordination

  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and safety

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience

  • Experience managing multiple scopes: structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural

  • Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, and subcontract administration

  • Prolog or similar construction management software experience

  • Ability to lead teams and build relationships with owners and design partners

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Nationally respected ENR Top 25 General Contractor

  • Complex, high-visibility projects (not repetitive small builds)

  • Strong field leadership support

  • Clear leadership influence and mentoring responsibility

  • Long-term career growth and project pipeline stability

Benefits

  • 401(k)

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance

  • Paid Time Off

Work Location: In-person (project-based)
